For some reason Crock and Anna aren't restocking barbed arrows. When they add to their inventory, they add hords of hunters quarrels, like I don't have enough already. If I'm lucky, I get 25 barbed arrrows every 24-48 hours. That lasts my lvl 16 ranger about 1/2 a battle. I tried buying out a bunch of normal arrows and dropping them outside, but that didn't seem to prod them the the correct direction either.

You might want to buy up a bunch of the quarrels and toss 'em on the ground. Hopefully that will leave open quite a few slots, and they'll restock with arrows. I understand there's a random factor involved about the restocking of missiles.
