Which spells are not in scrolls or books, i.e., spells that can't be learned unless you level up and pick 'em.?

from my experience, they are all in scrolls or books.
now whether you find them is another story. [img]graemlins/evillaughter2.gif[/img] they are randomized as treasure, and are available in shops and thru illegal means (stealing, pickpocketing). V***V
