I just have a question about how to make some of the graphics?
For instance, walls. Let's say I create a cool wall (just the front view). Is there an easy way to make this a suitable wall graphic, with the angles and distances? I have edited some by hand and they are tedious. I also haven't been greatly impressed with easy tex, the graphics look too muddy and blurred. Also, any tips on creating icons from scratch? I use Paint Shop Pro 7 for all my graphic editing, and am getting quite good at it. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks!

if you only had photoshop...
i use paint shop pro 6 almost exclusively, except for doing "actions" which i use to make my walls and combat dungeons with which there are actions that kaltusara and i have posted to help people out. my only recomendation is use the tall walls format where each wall panel is beside another- and after doing like 10 walls it will only take you about 10 or 15 minutes to do it. as for icons, there are some excellent resources written for frua that are available at the magic mirror in the uanl issues 4, 13 and 14. kaltusara and joerg like to use poser, i have a little wooden artist model that sits on top of my monitor... -manikus |

I've been playing around w/ psp 7 for a little while now, and I might B able to help. first off, this is a program with a lot of different features, including the ability to run math-based transformations (the easiest to understasnd are rotate and reflection). If you look at the (I think its called "Effects", but I have been without my computer for a little bit, will get soon...) command line on the top of the program window, they have an effects browser that you can use to preview the effect before applying. With a little experimenting and a little bit of touching up on the picture when its done, you can make walls quickly.
