I was looking through my various characters just now and got to wondering, who has the most experienced character in Undermountain?

I have:
Kruul at 2,882,439 and
Mad Slasher at 2,511,148.

Where to your people's characters top out at?

Edit: I just did the math, they have experience enough to be level 76 and 71 respectively.

Don't know who it is, but I'm sure it's not me! LOL I have one 40th level char, Amarylis, and haven't played her much since she leveled to 40 (she was the one I played with Animal and my hubby most of the time)

I'm with Cloudy. Once I get a char to 40, I generally start over, although, I have had probably 100 chars deleted since it went server vault, and I can't even begin to know how many different chars I had in when it was local vault.

How about who is the richest character. I have some that are heading towards a billion of gold - bloated plutocrats that they are.

Toro an Paneen has hit 999,999,999gps twice and has given away 300,000,000gps to one of my own characters (a while ago), some to other people (not gross amounts) and some just left in some container in the Yawning Portal when the server was busy (several times - not too much). If you don't check, you don't get Maybe I shouldn't do that, it was pretty large amounts. I just wanted to hear of a newbie finding 10,000,000gps in a container in Rolf's kitchen!

I'm afraid that I tend to vacuum up after mucky pups who leave remains behind and hence aquire loads of cash. After all, Toro is saving up for his Waterdeep estate.

He's currently on 800-900 million gps I think. It's difficult to know how much money has passed through his hands over the years...

Let's all remember that there is a cap on how much physical gold you can carry, okay?

Based on that, you can easy try to "turn over" the gold, but you just end up losing the remainder of the value on whatever it was you were attempting to purchase. Perhaps in time, Ziroc could impliment a gemstone strategy where you can buy and sell various gemstones for fixed amounts. That way hoarders (such as myself) could technically have more than (1Bil - 1) gold on them. I know this banking system was implimented on a number of servers so people wouldn't end up losing all their gold when they died. Of course, in the Undermountain there are a few places that do not accept gemstones of any kind, so players would have to convert their currency gemstones into cash first. To be "fair", a set depreciation could also be done up, so the players never got more than what they paid for it, but could get less. (Given the amounts of loot one could sell to acquire said gemstones, a loss more than likely wouldn't affect characters to a huge degree. Of cousre, they could always get a player with a higher charisma to sell it.) Sure, you end up losing one to four spots in your inventory, but if you have gemstone bags on you anyway, it's a nice way to rack up utterly insane amounts of gold instead of merely completely insane amounts of gold...
