Shocking news!
Oogie Wisham, a local resident of Beregost, is believed to be organizing a kobold army! A passerby claimed to have seen Wisham standing upon a tall platform decorated with skulls of many small animals. "He.. he was like... yippin' real fastlike! All them there little kobold thingies were cheerin' and wavin' their hands around like they were excited", said the witness. Could Mr. Wisham's apparent madness actually be a coverup for something worse? What do you, the viewers, think?

I heard that Noober has started a collaboration with the kobolds. They want to exchange experience on how to irritate adventures on the sword coast. So far they have started the preliminary negotiations:

Just how many kobolts are we talking about here? There are enough kobolts in the Sword Coast to have me worried if someone's making an army of them! Stop thinking about just one or two and start to think what they could be like in large numbers! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, run the kobolts are coming!
