First a big HELLO to u all !
Im from germany, so hope u dont mistake some spelling errors.
I finally found this great forum while looking for some tips for W&W.

So, my first question is, when ascending to another role, how will i be able to learn new spells ? I mean when changing to warlock at level 10, can i still learn all fire spells just after changing the role ?

Hi Marlex, Welcome! Yes, you'll be able to learn new spells, but...
If you already had some spells, for example some Spirit or Vine spells, you won't be able to learn higher ones until your Warlock level is equal to or greater than the level you ascended from. You WILL however, be able to learn all the new Fiend, etc. spells you're qualified for as you go up in levels. (Hope I got this right!) Point of this story: ascend when your character has most or all of his/her original spells, especially the more powerful ones. Good luck!
PS: Look around on this board, I'm certain that question has come up before, and there are sure to be lots of other related tips.

little precision : you can learn spell you get from previous role BUT only half level. Here is an exemple :
i am a waizzard level 10 and i get suncraft to level 7 but i stil missing a spel level 7 in suncraft. I become a warlock. I can stil cast all my previous spel. But as warlock dont have suncraft as magery skil, i am just going able to LEARN (not cast) spel from sunmagic at half of my current skil (7/2=3 it s rounded). So i will never be able to learn my last spel in suncraft except if i get a skil of 14 in suncraft (in others words : never ).

Hope it helps

Actually, Yakyak, there _is_ a way to get a 14 in spells... but you have to be a ZenMaster to do it!

ANSWER: Get the Enlightenment trait. It gives all skills an extra 2 points.
