CAN I COPY SCROLLS

What do you mean copy scrolls? If you mean to copy scroll into your spellbook, then you rightclick the scroll with your mage and if the mage is allowed to scribe this spell and has enough space in his spellbook, you'll see "Write Magic" button. Click the button and if you succede, the spell will be scribed into your spellbook and you might even be able to learn it at some point. The scroll will disapear. If you fail - the scroll will just disapear. So save before attempting this. If you are asking how to create new scroll - you can't. You can only buy or find them.
