Hello again, I have another question about weapons, as in does it look like I'm using the right weapons....

Wizardslayer-The Answer and Shield of the Order

Minsc-Crom Faeyr and Runehammer

Jaheira-Spectral Brand and Shield of Harmony

Imoen-Staff of the Magi and Tansherons Bow

Aerie-Flail of Ages and Erinne Sling and Dragon Scale Shield

Nalia-Celestial Fury and Short Bow+3

Everyone has all there weapon proficiencies in the correct places. Thanx again all.

Technically any combination of weapons works.

Are you plowing through what ever comes your way? If so then you are fine.

To me..The flail of Ages and Celestial fury seem sort of underused with Aerie and Nalia…but not sure where else u would want to put them

I'd give the flair of ages to Mince and have him hold Crom Faeyr in his off hand.. If your Wizardslayer (it's one class I've never made any used of so I'm not too sure of the limitations) can use Celestial Fury, I'd give it to him. I usually have Jaheria dual wielding scimitars/clubs.

I'd set Imoen, Aerie and Nalia's AI to ranged attack, so at the start of a fight they step back to get a good line of sight, which is ideal for then lobbing in spells. If ever they get close enough to an enemy to hit with a melee weapon than I know that my battle plan has gone pear shaped.

As a side point, I make sure my fighters are all proficient in at least two weapons which cause different sorts of damage. E.g. dwarves I go for hammers and axes (if seems right for the role playing) two handed weapon users will be staffs and halberds. Otherwise, when you run into someone with immunity to a particular type of damage (think golems) you have a fighter reduced to merely cheering on the others.
