Any good strategies at beating him? Hes really rocking me! My party is me the Cavalier, Keldorn, Valygar, Jaheira, Anomen, Imoen. I started laughing when I saw his attack and then when he died I started laughing too. Then he turned into a dragon and i stopped laughing when my whole party was dead

Superweapons = Sarevok, I find Draconis a challenge only when I don't have Sarevok along, Minsc might also be a good idea, Keldorn, maybe, only maybe, the best way to kill Draconis is with a group of REALLY heavy tanks such as: Minsc and Sarevok, in my first battle with Draconis, I just sent Minsc and Sarevok in to attack him and he was dead in seconds.

Remember having cast true sight, cause his damned invisibility suckz. Then summon any creature you can, especially Planetar or Deva and Mordekainens Sword (cool spell, cause cant be hurt), then whack and let your mages cast Breach, pierce magic to remove his protections and Abi dahlzims horror whilting. Then you should beat him...

My tactic for Draconis AND his father:
Summon a Planetar, and have it cast Globe of Blades. Send it in to Draconis. Cast True Sight.
Laugh when the angel slaughter all Invisible Stalkers and their summoner.
When he dies and become a dragon, your summoned creatues dies.
So, make sure to be out of Draconis Line of Sight and summon a Planetar and an Elemental Prince. Another True Sight would also be helpfull.
Now, attack with your summoned servants and you tanks (Minsc and Sarevok). G. Wirvelwind helps alot, as does hardiness.
When the dragon is visible, hurry to cast Timestop, follow by Improved Alacticy (or whatever, earases pause between casting).
I had Robe of Vecna and AMulet of Power, so castingtime was 0 on most things and I could cast ALOT of spells, but you could cast at least some without them.
The spells I casted was: 3 Pierce Magic, Breach, 3 Lower resistance, Spellturning (jus in case), Comet, Horrid Wilting, 4 Fingers of Death, 5 Flae Arrows, 3 Melf's Acid Arrow and 5 Magic Missiles.
He died

I summoned a Deva and Mordakeins sword he ripped both of them. I even lowered his nagic resistence. I tried that wilting spell but he turned invisible just as it got cast and then he finished off my party. Is it just me or is AI better in TOB. I remember the dragons in soa never being this smart.

I see you have Keldorn, the fanatic in your party. Excellent.

Post him up in the NE corner right away. That's Draconis' hiding spot. His AI tells him to keep coming back there when he's wounded. Use your protagonist, valgyar, jaheira and Anomen to melee the guy. As was mentioned, summon planetars, elementals, and an elemental prince. Take all of your summons and have them hang with Keldorn. Don't let them engage Draconis. This might be a problem, because punk-ass planetars never listen to you. You could tell them to stay still, and all of a sudden they start engaging enemies. Anyways, just keep them with Keldorn. When your tanks cause Draconis to flee, have Keldorn chuck a dispel magic southwesterly, and tell your planetar to true sight, and when the planetar finishes casting, have keldorn cast one too. Draconis should come into sight, and before he gets the chance to summon invisible stalkers, mob him with Keldorn and your summons. Then have your backups come up and cut off his escape route. This should finish him off.

Keep Imoen the hell away from Draconis, unless you have scrolls of protection from acid. One Brown Dragon Breath, will insta-kill her. I don't think it checks MR and she'll die whether she saves or not. Also, he can dispel protections, so keep her the hell away ! All you should have her do is trigger a series of lower resists, and then run away. Have her come back periodically and snipe with lower resist and pierce magic, but never keep her spell-slinging for long, or Mr. Brown will notice and spit at her.

i found draconis hard aswell.i just used alot of summons (btw planatears are better than deva) and sent minsc, jan (yes i've made him into a tank), saravok and my barbarian in to kill him while aerie and edwin threw spells at him. after i killed his first form for the first time i was really happy. then i saw the dragon he turns into. all i can say is i think they made him too hard.

Not too hard, it's just that it requires pattern-finding, and weakness exploiting.
