Question Mark

it takes a lvl 10 inquisitor to kill an Improved Lich and a pitfiend?

and that Innate Abilities aren't seen as spells, but they are cast and the game pauses accordingly when set, but no cowled fools appear?

and that the only ability/spell you'll ever need is Dispel Magic?

Cowled Wizards only appear when you cast MAGE spells. Cleric Spells, and Special Abilities, are always ignored. They`re flagged as spells, which is why the autopause works, but they`re not mage spells.
Only need Dispel Magic ?? True Sight is better against thieves - don`t waste your dispels when all you need is True Sight...

And the important things to fight with an Inquisitor aren`t a Lich and a Pitfiend... rather, a Red Dragon...

I never needed True Sight for thieves. With -10AC they miss 90% of the time and with 18CON resulting in 159HP every blow they do land is not that severe. Although it did come close to an end with the Improved Mae'Var. Used a lot of buff-potions there.

Yup, big Red is coming close on the agenda. But with the right tactix he too will fall and then its up to the Twisted Loonies and then Chapter 3! I'll probably have to raise the difficulty to max. for at least *some* challenge.

I wonder how I will fare in ToB...

You may sing a different tune about backstabs when you bump up the difficulty to Insane.

Heh, heh... hehehehe... ...
