i have found a basement full of ........... girl's its in the basement of the blushing mermaid i got there by sewer is there something to do in there or in the sewer ???????/

There are are several quests in the sewers, including one that is very important. It is possible that it is in the area you describe, although I don't recall entering the sewers from the Blusing Mermaid so perhaps you are describing something different that I never happened to stumble onto myself. But in any case you will be given that particular quest above ground by following the cues given to you in the plot.

The quest comes from following the story - you'll have to pass through this area (called 'The Undercellar') in order to reach Sarevok, later in the game. Just keep to the quests given by the Flaming Fist and you'll see what I mean.
