Hey, I am playing through SoA/ToB for the 8th or 9th time, and I have discovered a duo that has more raw power than any other combination of solo character/teams I have ever made. This combo is my 33rd level sorceror and my 21/31 Kensai/Thief (I believe I have xp cap remover installed). There just really is not any situation that these two cannot handle with very little problems. The sorceror is a really mighty spellcaster that can either take down enemies by his own means, or use his spells to make the K/T stronger so she can tear enemies apart. The K/T usually duals Foebane +5 and Axe of the Unyielding +5 (with a few other weapons that can be mixed in for various battles) and wears Yellow Dragon armor (changed this at one point as it was too overpowering)+ that helmet (the name escapes me) that gives +50% crush resistance combine this with the defender of easthaven (can swap in for situational needs) and Hardiness, and she is basically immune to attacks for 2 rounds. Not to mention that when she has been hastened (improved) by the sorceror, with prot from magic/elements up she is just darn near invulnerable. As for time traps, lets just not even go there =). She really never needs healing due to her weapon combination and the sorceror is pretty much untouchable with his spell prot up. they both went through SoA/ToB with ascention and tactics and just totally smoked everything in their path. Has anyone else had a team like this that just clicked? I mean I was just really in awe of how quickly they tore through some of the most difficult battles in the game.

:drools: well duh, your sorc is 33rd level! I think he could take on the game solo, not even needing the k/t. O, and havin a 21/31 kensai/thief would kinda make you invencible on its own

O, of course Angelousss, but why not get a lvl 70 monk in there! i think that would make things easier too

Hehe, maybe he could just (almost) kill Elminster... of course, that is with his ranger/cleric and lvl 70 monk [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I once played with a Fighter/Thief (MC), Archer and Mage/Cleric (MC). One of the best teams I had - I never use Archers since then, they seem too powerful.
