help contacting aol

I've been trying to contact aol in order to resolve this: http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...;f=34;t=004474 but in spite of going through their website and looking everywhere I can, I just can't find a way to contact them. Anyone knows how is it possible to contact them by email?
