Well, according to Game it is gona be February, although I can't remember the exact release date. I am eagerly awaiting it too.

Well the fees for the U.S. are
14.99 for each consecutive month
13.99 a month -- 3 month plan
12.99 a month -- 6 month plan.

Something like that. Either way, I just think it will be the same amount americans pay only in the british money system.
