Has anyone else run into this guy? He is hillarious. If you haven't talked to him yet, head out to Dagon Fel and take some levitate potions with you. Fly over the islands east of the main one and look for a tiny island with a lone guy on it. That's M'Aiq. He has conversation topics you won't find with any other NPC (well any other NPC I've found yet.)

before you talk to him make sure you have downloaded the latest patch. If you talk to him without the patch will make you unable to complete botiah shrine quest.
