could some one please explain to me where Shara dungeon is? i cant find it, and the directions the morang tang gave me lead no where!

There is a forum specifically for Morrowind. You may get a better response there. I myself have not done the Morag Tong quests and so can't answer your question. You may want to try the UESP (Unofficial Elder Scrolls Page) which has walk throughs for all (or most) of the quests.
