The reason I'm asking is bcoz I'm comtemplating about whether to build a monk out of a human or a dwarf.
The human has a stat point advantage...but the dwarf has natural damage resistance. However, if dmage resist has a cap for (dwarf + monk + max iron skin), then the dwarf would overplay the cap and it'll be a waste so I'll take the human instead. |

Everything that has a blue slider maxes at 125. That's why a Mystic Spear's bonus is wasted on a Valk.
