What did I do wrong. I fixed the wires but still the door won't open even after repeatedly using security pass? Does anybody else have this problem or just me? Do I need to go back somewhere to do something else or just a bug in my program? Please help?

Do you mean the wires for your lesson down among the Umpani? If so, you need to meet up with the Sergeant. He's not in the Gunnery room.
