Backstab in ToSC and DSoSC

Does backstab ability rise further from 3x to 4x and finaly (multiplier) in Dsosc couse if the level cap is increased so should be thief abilities. Is there a point in removing level cap if DSoSC allow u to achive 40 lev. ??

Erm, if I understood your question, then removing the XP Cap will let you reach higher levels and higher abilities, but unless you play greatly in depth (not sure how much DSotSC adds), removing the cap probably won't make too much of a difference, maybe only a level or two, unless you plan on soloing. That usually won't constitute a backstab multiplier level.

backstab goes to 4x at lvl 9, been too long since I've played bg1 to know if that's inside the cap for a thief, but there it is.
