10,578 files! Totalling 560Mb unzipped. whoa. I think I went a bit wild, huh?
Everything including the kitchen sink 3d model is in this (jk).. There IS a new tlk file for this release, as I wanted to streamline the files a bit more. I'm packing the files now, so stay tuned, release is today. WEE! |

Are we going to consolidate everything now into one pack (that can also be split apart) so it is eaiser for new players to download?

Hmmm I compiled it in my current mod, and when I click to move placeables or even monsters I get a weird second placeable show up as I drag it.
VERY weird. I am going to fix this now. I dunno whats up. freaky for sure. scary too. I think its the new tlk file. *groans*... and I had it rared and even uploaded to one mirror. (deleted now). ![]() I'll update you in a bit. It may be an easy fix. I hope so. I have date specific stuff for the mod. |

Oh wow.. fixed. WEIRD! It was just the tavern. See, what happened is when I fixed the portraits, remember how they offset and all became wrong? Well, When I added the new patches to my current mod, all the new placeables from patch2 and the original release were also offset because I fixed a bug in the 2da files. So I have to update the palettes locally for each new placeable I laid (which isn't many), but wow.. I just loaded a few other levels, and no odd stuff (a level that didn't have any new items that were offset). Yes, it sounds confusing, sorry.
In other words, RELEASE is in an hour or so. |

as long as all of that makes sense to you, it's all good.
the rest of us will figure out what it all means in time, though. from what little I could cull from that, you said that a few of the files in the set of files specific to the Tavern were not working correctly. and after searching through a few more locales (old and new places created for the module), the same error did not show up again. did I get that right? *yawns at the late hour and hopes that tomorrow I can download this all and perhaps burn a copy (or five) onto DVD in order to make sure I don't lose this all myself.
