In Waterdeep is there a shop which allows you to change armour no matter what level your Craft Armour skill level is at?

In the weapons shop that forge is for weapons only isn't it?

no it basically opens up the craft menu but you still need to beat the DC to craft your armour. That forge their is going to be for CEP crafting but for some reason its not working at the moment. CEP crafting is a fifily thing and I think we need to upgrade the mod to the new version of the CEP when it comes out to make crafting eaiser. But that call comes down to Ziroc.

I'm pretty sure this isn't cep crafting, but I did manage to change my mage robes a couple of times yesterday, just changing the look.

Yeah its not CEP Crafting. CEP Crafting lets you edit your helmets, shields, add cloaks and bearskin robes and heaps of other cool stuff. It is a bitch to get working.

Z has followed the loading to the letter and its still not working. I reckon we have to upgrade to CEP 1.51 as it has some improvements to the crafting script but thats Z's call (pluss the 1.66 patch is just about to come out so we might as well wait for that )

Yeah, sometimes the fixes seem to break more than they repair, official ones anyway, I'd really like to be able to find components and add enhancements to my armor/weapons, now that would be cool...

Ah...so you need a high Craft Armour skill...

Attempting to craft armour is also expensive! I wonder if it is possible to make a forge/tailor to bypass the roll in EfU?

Not really high No. I usually have mine around the 10 mark. This means that to beat the DC you get 10 + D20 + Int Modifier (I think).

Basically if you want to change your armour you have to invest it it. Stops people from Min maxing their skills.

The highest DC I have yet to face is a DC of 25 so its no big deal. Plus money is no problem in EfU so its not really a problem. If you need any armour crafted you could ask me and I could get my dwarf to craft it for you.
