you cant download it (yet) I heard Z will make it downloadable (not sure about this) .. but that will not be anytime soon though since he is constantly changing and adding cool new stuff.
instructions is just up there in the NWN server status button beside make a donation and email the webmaster thingie.

oh yeah.. dont forget to get CEP its required in order to play the EfUM Mod.
