This game just gets stranger and stranger. I'm on the fourth level and visited every place at least once. Ok, I know I have to visit them again,and it will be a day later, but every time I do so, its still the first day. Do I have to leave the level, sleep and come back, walk away from the game for a few hours until the day has actually passed or what. I can't sleep on this level, so its not like I can just camp out from day to day........

Take the boat to the exit. Kill the beholder. Go through the exit to the previous day. You must always go through the special exit to proceed in the game here.
