No. Once you have completed the Vale, there isn't any use left for the keys you find there. You can sell them in Kuldahar for 1 gp each.

After you finish the Vale of Shadows area you will no longer need the keys. In fact, there is a store in Kaldahar that will buy used keys for a whopping 1 gp
