Well, in my solo t/m/f I came up aganist the experience cap, in Chapter 3 (and I missed the harper-related quests as well as part of the unseeing eye one)! So I am thinking, is it really much fun to play on knowing I can't go up in levels anymore? Well,I'll think about it, as it would still be interesting for the challenge of soloing, but that is a lot of chapters to not be advancing through.

No, I don't. I hadn't played BGII in a few years. Haven't bought a new PC game in a few years.

that is a shame, if you can try looking for the baldurs gate 2 expansion. It has new special spells, storyline and such, plus a new exp cap for you to reach.
IF your ok just playing your game now bg2 only, just try and get the weidu exp cap remover module (just search for it in google). That should allow you to access your higher level abilities of your F/M/T

Try to get ToB (ebay, amazon, whatever)!

It adds so much to the game!

I think I'll go for the cap remover for now. I assume I'll be able to continue the same game with cap removed?

Guys, I can't seem to find the Weidu mod, though I found two other XP cap disablers, one for BG II by Team BG and one for BG II and TOB by Team BG. The second one claims to also restore some missing powers for all levels of a character class as well. I found both on the Sorceror's place. Any suggestions on which is better to install?
