The bugs in the game are really spoiling my enjoyment of it.Glacias has disappeared so i cant get the flail does this affect the nalia quest? Hendak disappeared so i didnt get the experience points for the slaver quest.
I have installed TOB and assumed that this would have a patch on it.
I have the darkest day expansion pack - will this help and is it worth installing. Where can i get patches from to sort it out.
Any other suggestions would be really welcome as I dont want to have to start again.

Install the latest patch before TDD, if you do it afterwards it will erase some stuff TDD needs. Personally, I had a lot of problems with bugs myself, so I would leave TDD off until you finished the game a couple times different ways. It is mostly for after you have done everything and need new life in the game.

Also learn Debug mode. It will save you a lot of times. Many websites go through this, and would be easier then me writing it all out here. Basically, it allows you to creat items you lost, the game stole, or allow you to get to places you are incorrectly prevented from going.

Someone who has ToB can tell you the tricks of installing that one.

You could use Shadow Keeper to give yourself the items and experience points, BUT you seem to need alot of willpower not to use it too much.
With TDD I had the same problem with Hendack vanishing also it crashes my game every time I ask Bernard (bartender) to see the items he has in the corner. I have checked their site about this and they do know and are working on fixes.

hmmm,

what do you mean by 'disappeared' ? Hendak didn't appear at all or you let him out of the cell and he walked off and you can't find him ?

Hendak can be a problem if your party is blocking his access to the fight with Lehtinan - he tries to find another route and can end up anywhere from the cells where the beasts are caged to the upstairs rooms

Had you installed any of the various tweaks and cheats for SOA ? If so they need to removed before installing TOB.

Theres a fix for the Bernard prob on the site...have to change "DDBERNARD.sto" to "DDBERNAr.sto" in the overide folder
