I am having problems starting ToB. If I either start ToB with my final save or beat SoA and have it go to ToB my characters are in two different places. I am now stuck with 4 characters in the ToB starting location and two character ( my main character included) are back at the elven city in SoA. I have not been able to get my character to meet up again to start playing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

download the official patch from Bioware. That will stop this problem. It seems it's happened to others.
