Where is the kid that you give the amulet +1 to?

In Baldurs Gate city there is a lady that gives you a +1 amulet to give to her child that has run away from home and seems to enjoy bar hopping (his name starts with an E - Eustice or something).
I found him earlier in the game but after searching all the Inns/Taverns in the city twice over I'm starting to go nuts! - I'm one of those people that doesn't like leaving quests unfinished, any help would be most appriciated.

Keep the amulet+1.

It may be that once you have encountered him, you cannot do so again.
