Curious about Kurosian

Will he show up in a game already in progress....or do I have to start a new game before he will appear???

I have just finished with Watcher's Keep in my first BGII game and my primary character wields Celestial Fury. Will that be enough to generate an appearance from the Acid Kensai...or will it only occur in a game that was started after downloading the Weimer Mod?

Finally, if he will show up in my current game, where is he most likely to appear first? I stopped by DeArnise Keep on the way from Watcher's Keep, then headed to Akthala. I walked through the Temple District (even going back inside the now UN-Guarded Compound), Gov't District, and Slums...hoping to "bump into" Kurosian. Am I wasting my time, or will he eventually show up??

My next stop will be at the Adventurer's Mart in Waukeen's Promenade to sell off a BUNCH of stuff. Any chance of meeting Kurosian there?

And if he doesn't show up on his own, is there any way to "force" him into the game using CLUAConsole or some similar tactic?

Same situation regarding whether he will appear or not. Celestial Fury is all you need

He isn't triggered by the location, but by time. Wait until a full 24 hours of game time has passed, then you'll see him

Don't count on it, you'll need to be outdoors AFAIK

I don't think you'll have to wait long before he turns up. I started a game before installing the mod and he showed up in the docks. Then again in the bridge district a few days later. Just make sure you're ready for him when he does show up. He doesn't stuff around.

You do not need to start a new game. Install that mod component and go back to your old game. If you are wielding CF, he'll show up in about a day (game time). He will show up as soon as one day has passed and you enter an outdoor city area (like the temple district or the slum district).

Just from my own personal taste, if I were Weimer I would have made Kuroisan *not* appear in either the Temple District or the City Gates, and perhaps not even the Graveyard District, under the logic that you just can't have a good fight if there's no room to fight in. I'd post the Docks as the coolest place for a brawl, with all the staircases and the like.

i disagree, i think that the graveyard would be a perfect place to fight, close quarters, mano-a-mano. You have celest, he has katana+cheeze...

Well he showed up at Waukeen's Promenade for me and has thoroughly trounced my comrades and I several times so far.

Man...and I thought the Poison Five outside of Watcher's Keep was tough. {sheesh}

Weimer - It's great to see you've joined IronWorks. As I'm sure you know, you've already gained quite a reputation on here with your Mods.

I've sent a couple of e-mails to you about a BGII idea I have. If you have time to look them over, I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
