It says so in the description - "Dispels magic on every hit". But it does not appear to do so. Bug? [img]graemlins/1ponder.gif[/img]

Could be a bug. It is supposed to what it says. Always worked for me.

haven't occured to me either such a bug...
example: mirror image (mage), smack him on the head with holy avenger, mirror image gone...

Yep - Carso's Dispel per Hit ability is bugged indeed. Westley Weimer's Item Upgrade Mod fixes this problem.

Thanks - I suspected that its dispel magic was off. I've d/ld the mod - can I use it just to patch the sword, as I'm almost at the end of ToB?

As far as i know, installing the Mod will automatically patch your sword.
