Watcher's Keep, Spoilers

This sounds like a really dumb question I know, but I'm about half asleep in this, and I was wondering how do you get to level two of watcher's keep? The "lich" never told me about the ritual, but all I have are some parchment that says "Put the book and the candle on the altar and ring the bell."

Any advice?

The Lich never tells you about the ritual, all he tells you is to go look in his coffin.

Anywayz, all you need is the liches robe .. bring his slippers and he'll give it to you, dont and you'll have to fight him.
The robe has the right page-number for the book you put on the altar inscribed in it. ( 'cause the priest kept forgetting the right page-numbers ).

Just follow the instructions on in which order you have to put the three items on the altar, ring the bell etc.

And search every corner of that map .. I missed the door to the lich completely the first time. Make sure you've looked into everything and you cant go wrong [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Ah, bloody hell. I'm lost in the maze at the 3rd level. Everywhere you go, it's the same, AHH! (curses) Uhh, I got 2 septer gems, but I can't find the 3rd. (One of the blue slayer and one off the succubus, where is the other? BAH!)

Does anyone have a map? heh

The third one is near the portal going to the next level, read the madman's journal to find the portal.

I didnt figure that out the first time either,.. but you can follow the insane guy and actually talk to him ( even heal him if you're a priest i think ) and obtain his journal.

The other way is what I did the first time, enter portals just as long untill you cry and then some more. I finally reached the end sobbing, tired and dehydrated.

It's not difficult to make your own map of WK Level 3--just draw a box for each room, exit each room via each of the 4 portals, and write down where each one takes you. Some parts of the map actually make sense.

The Madman's journal tells you exactly where to go. You may have to think about it for a minute, but it works.

Hmm ... i've noticed lots of poeple asking how to do this and that on levels two and three of WK. Am I the only gameplayer that actually takes the time to read the clues scattered around the place these days?
