Ya'll all seem to be forgetting that a full install puts a copy of the manual in the root of your BGII-SoA directory in Adobe Acrobat format. Check it out.

I know this is an old thread, but I've been reading stuff up - lots of gems here!
Just to comment, the manual is here on my minimum install as well.
