Yesterday the doctor told me I was a graduate of rotator cuff surgery. I still have to do the exercises for the next month though.

Good stuff. I had a company doctor who looked at my shoulder, confirmed that I had torn the rotator cuff and basically said I should take it easy for a month.
Now I throw sidearm to avoid the popping (ouch!) and have zero armstrength. |
