.. one of the finest games and most addictive games ever, in terms of gameplay, is now freeware! It can be downloaded from http://www.abandonia.com/games/240/d...forWindows.htm . Now, I've checked it out and it works fine under windows. Just don't forget to run the .reg file in the root directory. Enjoy.

That site has UFO: Enemy Unknown as well.
Some computers have trouble running that though.

I managed to get UFO to run on practically every computer. It took a bit of an effort though. First, you have to download the right version (take Enemy Unknown over UFO Defender), second: find the windows patch. (which is often included) Did you try Transport Tycoon btw?

If transport tycoon has problems, TTDpatch can fix it. I suspect its included in that link anyway, but if its an old version then you do want to upgrade. Surprising how much a dedicated bunch of fans can enhance a decade old game.

Yeah, tried TTD as well, but after having tried so many other tycoon games, the interface in TTD just doesn't cut it for me anymore.
I'll always have fond memories from it though.
