well, i gotta tell you, in addition to being a RPG freak, i am also a music freak. when i had Viva, Viva 2(German music channels), russian MTV and MTV nordic, then i checked all those channels every day after school. i was so happy when i found great songs. the feeling that i have after downloading a great song i heard from TV is invaluable . ill say what i think of the channels:
MTV Nordic - a great music channel! the TV shows in it(like Jackass) are great too!
Russian MTV - It plays more heavy metal and stuff like that than MTV Nordic so i think i like it more.
Viva - The worst of the four! They play all those commercial songs from too popular bands like Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Five and stuff like that. May have some good songs sometimes but unfortunatelly, that is a bit unlikely..
Viva 2 - By far the best music channel ive ever seen! I love it! ive heard everykinds of great songs there like Linkin Park - Crawling, Linkin Park - One Step Closer, Fear Factory - Linch Pin, Muse - Newborn, Jamiroquai - Deeper Underground, MOP - Ante Up, Rammstein - Sonne, Rammstein - Links 2 3 4, Rammstein - Ich Will, System of a Down - Chop Suey and so on. the only ugly thing there is German rap.
too bad i don`t have them anymore *sob* my father stopped paying for them because he thinks music channels are a total brainwash.
What great music channels do you have?

You sure you're watching to the same tv as I do? Neither of the music channels in the Netherlands is worth watching, in my opinion... Matter of taste I suppose, though you can't deny the fact that TMF is purely for 12-16 year olds nowadays.

I like trance and on saturdays there's this show called "the deejays", imo there's nothing wrong with that. And i don't watch it that much, if i want music, i turn on my stereo, i don't need no clips to go along with the music. It's just that they don't show commercials after every clip, like MTV does.

The music i listen to isn't allowed on TV... <_<

Japanese TV shows it sometimes

Digi Charrat even has its own anime show from time to time!

And Initial D was a sweet show about a group of J-pop artists striving to be Number one in the ever changing metropollis that is downtown tokyo...
