Found this on a blog, thought it was pretty funny

IT DEPENDS WHAT THE MEANING OF "IS" IS.
Don Rumsfeld, doing his best Bill Clinton impression -- minus, you know, the economic prosperity and millions of jobs and stuff -- says of the Niger portions of the president's State of the Union speech:
"It didn't rise to the standard of a presidential speech, but it's not known, for example, that it was inaccurate. In fact, people think it was technically accurate."

"Technically accurate"?
Is that sort of like "barely legal"?

Yepp and it's sort of like I'm "almost alive". The funniest part of this incident is IMO that Colin Powell stated that the US did NOT act on a WoMD threat at all. So why add the uranium at all?
