I am inside the asylum i made it by taking the wardstone BUT now i cant go back without an..amulet? And either the doors inside the asylum dont open what can i do now?

dont worry about it...you are fine. once inside you cant leave the asylum until you have played the storyline through. just keep moving along and eventually you will be able to leave again.
