hi, im kinda new to this forum, so....errrr, Hi, im Redcoat! = D

i got a few questions. if anyone could help me out, t'would be appreciated! = )

firsly, i figured out that i could talk to the statues in the vivec sewers for new challenges, but only after i had raided about four of them, thus the raided rooms wont talk to me. is there any way to make the statues a lil more talkative?

also, does anyone know where to find raw ebony and adamantium ore? i got a tiny bit of adamantium but its flippin hard to come across.

i believe that is all but im pretty sure i have forgottem something. thank you! = )

Welcome to Ironworks

Lots of raw ebony around, you just need to keep an eye out for an ebony mine. The most obvious example is Caldera. Use the mage teleport service to get to the village of Caldera, then ask around about directions to the mine. If memory serves its about a 2 minute walk over a hill from the town. Just make sure you don't get seen taking it

Adamantium I can't help you with because I don't have bloodmoon or tribunal.

Only some of the shrines will give you quests. In Vivec, the one that springs to mind is the Shrine of Sheogorath in the St.Delyn sewers. See if that one works.

shamrock is right, just look for a mine. i think there are adamantium mines in solstheim, though i know there are some in the bloodmoon expansion areas.

as far as the statues go, only seven or eight actually talk and give you quests, and i don't think that looting them makes a hoot of a difference aside from the daedra who shows up. you found sheogoraths shrine, which yeilds a great spear. the best, i think, is the shrine of azura (spoiler)

the shrine is located on the south eastern end of morrowind, on the coast of the mainland. you'll have to climb or fly to get to it, as its in a cliffy region. if you go almost directly west from mar gan (i think thats the little canton west of vivec) to the coast then you'll it it. you have to go kill some daedra, including a golden saint, so be tough. and whatever you do, dont go into the cabin. you'll get the only reusable soul gem in the game (aka "azura's star")

Just a slight correction if i may, Maar Gan is in the NW. You're thinking of Molag Mar I believe, and you need to head directly east from that. Or roughly NE from Tel Branora. You'll cross a couple of bodies of water in the form of inlets if heading from Molag Mar, but keep going until you hit the east coast properly.

yeah, thats right, east... molag mar. i knew my map was all screwed up in my head... thats what i get for not playing for more than a month. go to molag mar, head directly east to the coast (go RIGHT on the map), you'll see a giant statue. not sure if there are any monsters you have to fight to get in.

Welcome, Redcoat!

Relatively few of the Daedric shrines offer quests. The real 'point' of them for me is to battle the dremora and recover their cool stuff: dwarven early on, ebony and deadric as time passes...
