Comander Barge, WHERE ARE YOU!

ive been marching around nashkells surounding areas and after about 3 game weeks STILL have not found the commander can someone point me to what zone he is in and if he is hidden in some bizare way?

also, i saved the mage from the gnoll stronghold but did not have minsc with me-i tried having them both in my party at the same time but they dont seem to react to eachother even though they both told me they wanted to find eachother, am i missing something?

Uhh Rikard, you've recalled it wrongly. Brage is at one of the westernmost map areas (1 or 2 map areas south of the Lighthouse region). For the exact (and also a spoiler of sorts) details, check out the 'Maps' link of this website (it's one of the more useful sites I've come across):

As for your 2nd qestion, BG in general doesn't have much NPC-NPC interaction (not like BG2). So I wouldn't expect much 'acknowledgment' from either Minsc or Dynaheir; but nevertheless, they 'come in a pain', unless you get rid of one of them, of course.

i have gone over every foot of space in the 2 zones against the gnoll strong hold and have not seen him--is he in a hidden cave or something??

Rikard, you recalled wrong (been a bit busy warding off the Hell twins, the lich and the hell caster? )

Brage is FAR to the west of Nashkell, just explore every inch of that coastline and the adjacent areas. I can't remember the exact location.

I am not sure which map he is in, but he is in the center of the map with a large pile of broken wagons, corpses of people, horses etc. It is hard to miss.
