i just beat firkraag...again. ok now this may not sound special but its the first time i've played through on insane...and up to this point i've had MAJOR difficulty with people....which is good...i've even enjoyed the 2 hours i spent trying to kill deirex (see earlier post.. [img]tongue.gif[/img] )
i've already been through the underdark..and was hoping firkraag would still beat me senseless... ...but i completely creamed him...viccy's level 20 and jan is level 11...eveyone else is in between... i did use some good tactics including taking down his magic resistance..but i'm still dissapointed... all i'm asking is..is there some kinda mod to make Firkraag even harder? something to give him that little extra Psycopathic twinge? as i have the tactics mod installed...and, as stated before, am playing on insane diff. yep..got ascention...
so far 3 dragons i've tried have fallen with ease.... who shall face my wrath next? maybe i'll play eeny-meeny-miny-mo with dragons [img]smile.gif[/img] i gotta say though...the though of making abazigal harder always seemed like suicide to me...Sounds like fun though [img]smile.gif[/img]

Weimer's Tactics Mod package includes the option to install "improved dragons" for better thinking lizards.
 Or, if you're all uppity about your abilities to kill them, just CLUA in 3 dragons and take 'em on at once. HUUA!

i might just have to do that...
i've got every bit of the tactics mod installed..including improved dragons... not got the latest one though..with stuff in small tooth pass... only thing is...high level mages are too powerful...edwin is level 18 and he took out kangaxx (both forms) with almost no difficulty...no cheese either... first time i've taken him out with no reloads.....

[img]tongue.gif[/img] [/QUOTE]aahh, hes not that hard. i beat him with my party of 4 without losing 1 hit point, so he cant be all that hard...i did the same with imp. demogorgon too, using the same tactic. the tactic i used didnt work with the final imp. battle though
