Title changed from "Where is my God Damned Statue!" by Master_Rahl
s p o i l e r I always play evil chaotic, but invariably end up doing good things for good things to come back to me. This time doing the druid grove I took the evil option of poisoning it. Man did that feel good...not having to use any of those moaning druids to complete the quest..and lets face it they deserved it..in that grove there were no good druids..they all suported the regime. Oh yeah did they moan when they got bitch slapped with that poison. So I head back to town feeling really bad ass about myself and preparing to collect 3 rewards. The Djinn pay up no problem The Kick-Ass evil halfling pays up ( and what a great shield if you are playing any sort of warrior ) The high and mighty mayor reneges on the deal. I had to mmediately kill him out of general principle and the cheapscate did not even bring the goodies to the meeting. Doesn't sound to me that he was a stand-up sort of guy to begin with, so he probably got what he deserved as well. Now all the above I can live with and am actually pretty happy with, but where is that statue that I am owed.. It is worth the long cross country trip just to stare at yourself isn't it? (LOL) P.S After reading the two immediate replies to this post I have changed the title somewhat! [ 06-25-2003, 12:13 PM: Message edited by: Master_Rahl ] |

*washes mouth out with soap* Just because your character can be rude and vulgar doesn't mean the player behind the character must be, especially on a public forum.
![]() I think this is one of the better-done evil quests. Not many opportunities for endorsed evil in this game.

Dude check the Rules and Regulaitons for Profanity.
This reminds me of Six of Spades topic I am a naughty boy man wish I can find it. He also did evil horrible things like you did. It'd be the end of the world if you to master minds of evil come together.

"Rude and Vulger" Pirengle???
Dont you think that you are being just a little bit extreme? But yeah it seems to be one of the very few opportunities for a "branching of the ways" when playing evil. I would have thought that for such diametrically opposed stances as lawful good compared to chaotic evil that for every major quest/campaign branch there would be an alternative: Example for the keep stronghold quest: If good, then would help Nalia If evil, then would thump the trolls with extreme prejudice and terrorise them into becoming your minions as you become the usurper of Nalias family home! Look in the "favorite posts" sticky thread for SixofSpades' "I'm a Naughty Boy!" thread; that's a good place to start. I think Lemmy also wrote some ideas on roleplaying an evil character/party. I wish there wasn't a clear-cut "right" and "wrong" way to do things in some quests. I prefer different quest choices that you're not sure exactly which path is the one to choose. The feuding families quest in Trademeet is a good example of this. [ 06-25-2003, 12:14 PM: Message edited by: Pirengle ]
