1:What year did you start off adventuring in BG1
2.What year was the time of troubles.
3.What was the years when Bhaal was having a lot of kids.
4.What year did Gorion go into the Bhaal temple and save you and Imoen.
5.How many years do elves remain children for?

Thanks in advance and if all answered correctly I might ask a Uber Question.

The year of starting the adventure - 1368 DR. It is a year that journal entries in BG1 have. At the very start of either SoA or Tob it is the first day of Mirtul (May), 1969 DR.

The Year of Shadows (the year of the Time of Troubles), was 1358 DR. This is the year of Bhaal's demise.

The ritual that should have brought Bhaal back, took place shortly after end of the Time of Troubles. Your char and Imoen were too young to remember, and Sarevok was old enough to get away on his own. Perhaps they were about seven?

I don't know about elves, but I do about humans . Imoen is in her early twenties in the game, so I assume that Bhaal "had a lot of children" around 1350 DR.

Assuming High Elves, at 400 they are considered venerable, so I would assume that Childhood and Adolesence see them through till about 90.

OkAY thanks now let me ask my Uber Question. Okay like Vedran said bhaal and a lotta children round 1350 DR right and said that you were too young to remember Gorion saving you and Imoen. Now thanks to Lennon elves stay children for a pretty looooong time. If you were born an elf around 1350 DR wouldn't you still be a child when you first go off adventuring? How long Bhaal forsaw his death? If you were born around 1350 DR you would be an adult around 14 something. So the game desingers musta messed up quite a bit right its obvious that elves don't grow that fast. But there is a logical explanation to this in order for you to be an adult (if you are an elf) you'd gotta be born like i don't know probaly somewhere in the late twelves. But wouldn't you remember how Gorion saved you and Imoen. that is my question

P.S. If this doesn't make any sense I will try to explain it better
P.S.2. Happy New Year!

The manual says that you`re in your early 20's; for an elf or dwarf, that means just beggining to learn to walk.

But, there`s worse. Dragons age even slower than elves, they live for literally thousands of years. That would mean that they wouldn`t mature (and aquire their *big* power moves - Wing Buffet, et al) until *atleast* 500...
The game basically tells us that all of the Bhaalspawn are around the same age. See where this is going ??

MAJOR TOB SPOILER

Abazigal is a mature dragon. How could he then be only in his early 20's ??

Bhaal might have given all bhaalspawns the ability to mature to adulthood faster, just like he gave them all a killer instinct and powers. Don't forget that they are supposed to only be vessels of his power, and he probably don't want to have to "wait" hundreads of years before being brought back to life.

yeh, there are certain things you just can't add up, and trying to write a story that would remain accurate would be tricky with all the variables. They could have minumised errors by being more vague or saying something like Luvian said (nice idea). In any case, the plot is obviously not going to stand up to scruitiny when you have so many variables to cater for. Just enjoy it and try to overlook any glaring errors.
