You are missing one shard. Have you gotten the one behind the boulder near the waterfall?
When you have all three you must place them on the board by the steel door across the bridge. [img]smile.gif[/img]
You can check my walkthrough in the sticky thread that tops this forum. Just check the three chapters that concern the Dragon Spire. I have made specific notes as to which ones that do. The map that I refer to, is the one you ca find in the link Wyvern posted.
