Would this program also be able to transfer the songs from my CD's to my MP4 player?

I tried to put some Steely Dan on there last week, so I put the disc in and selected Media Player. I selected "burn and it did it's thing. Then I had no idea what to do next. Why is it so hard to do a simple "legal" thing?
I tried Nero and could not figure it out that way either. iTunes is just plain garbage..
