Well, Z, if pressing on the pimple reproduces the pain, there we have it. Warm soaks (hold a clean washcloth under the hot water tap when it's steaming, squeeeexe until dripping stops, apply to area every four hours) and Triple Antibiotic Ointment will take care of the whole schlemozzle.
