About the olives, ran into a wonderful little article about this here:
http://www.soupsong.com/folive.html and I later found that during the curing process, the olives are sliced with a special piercing knive and then have the filing or 'stuffing' shot in with a gun not unlike an icing gun.
I dunno what color the shirt is, but I KNOW it would look GREAT on my Bedroom Floor.
