If you use ShadowKeeper find the "Viconia Romance Active" variable and set it to 2 (I think 1 works as well). If not the CLUA syntax is something like this:
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ViconiaRomanceActive","GLOBALS",2)

I don't actually know if that is the name of the variable but Jaheira's is JaheiraRomanceActive so I'm guessing it will be similar. Good luck.
