Sure. One portal per map and character. Define the map as an area which you can investigate without interferring entering of a town. Therefore, we have 3 wilderness maps (from Valeia to Ishad N'Ha, from Ishad N'Ha to Brimloch Roon and west from Brimloch Roon). Each dungeon forms a single map (even if it does not look so sometimes).
If you have a solo character, then you can keep three portals in the wilderness (one portal on each wilderness map) and one portal in each dungeon simultaneously. If you have more characters then each character can keep his own set of portals (again, one portal per map).
We can see that it does matter who is casting the Teleport spell or to whom is the spell cast. The casting will select the character, which portal will be used for teleporting. I don't know exactly how does it work because I am always playing a solo character but you can check yourself. There are only two possibilities:
- either it's the caster's portal which will be used.
- or it's the "target character" portal which will be used.
