I really liked Rise of Nations. It's campaign mode is really fun. Age of Mythology is quite fun also, and very replayable in terms of multiplayer.
I always liked Red Alert 1 and 2 personally. They were a lot of fun, and even though Red Alert 1 is fairly old, and I've beaten it umpteen times, its still very enjoyable.
