Just to correct a mistake and answer one question.

Arrows of piercing are considered non-enchanted arrows.

Firetooth +4 fires +2 enchanted bolts.

There are no +4 enchanted arrows and bolts in ToB or SoA.

There are however, +4 enchanted bullets.
